Collaborative iOS Note Taking App

Hey there guys,

KKI'm searching for a note taking app for the iPad that allows two or more users to write simultaneously in the app, like Google Docs. I would use Google Docs, but using the web version is far from appealing. I'd love to be in school, typing notes and having other students filling in the gaps if I miss something, or vice versa. So, does this app exist, or should I patent the idea? Thanks for your help and remember:

• iPad
• Collaborative
• Preferably free, doesn't have to be as long as it isn't ground shakingly expensive
