e-Sports league/community in the US?

Hey guys,

I'm moving over from Germany to the US (California) and I was always an active player in the e-Sports scene.

In Europe the most popular one is the ESL and I know a lot of sites to find teams/players.

Do you know anything compatible to this in the US (Maybe specially for California)?
