Surface Phone vs GS3 with WP vs Nokia Lumia Pureview
Okay this is a very tough decision. You have to choose whether you will buy a Surface Phone(WP8), or a Samsung GS3 running WP8 or Lumia Pureview (WP8).
I was too lazy to find or make concept art of the GS3 but I had a look at a Surface Phone concept art.

I found a Lumia 920 pureview as well.

We can assume that Surface Phone and Lumia Pureview have somewhat equally powerful specs as that of GS3. (Quad-Core, large display, 2 GB RAM etc.) And Pureview of course, has the 41 MP pureview camera.
