Decoupling spaces across multiple screens
Hey all,
was wondering if you could help me out. I recently switched from Windows to Mac not so long ago. When I work, I take advantage of being able to organise what I'm doing using multiple spaces.
The problem is when I want to use a dual monitor set up; usually I like to keep a video on my larger monitor and develop or write on the laptop. With the way spaces work on Lion (only version I've ever used) I can't really do this. If i move from one space to the other on my laptop screen, the same happens on the monitor. This leaves the video hidden on the monitor, and just a blank desktop there.
Does anyone know of a way to decouple the space set ups for each screen? This is probably the most annoying thing to me about owning a mac.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
