AT&T Lumia 900 Early Termination Fee
Any AT&T Lumia 900 owners out there? The possibility of our phone updated to WP8 is absolutely 0! Even though carriers and manufacturers are late updating android phones, but the possibility for that to happen is not 0. We in effect have a dead-end phone on contract for 2 years. We will have no further app support, WP7.8 is not 8, what's the point of having a smartphone with no apps?
Thus I feel like the early termination fee from AT&T is not justified if we want to terminate our contract. Had I known that this is going to be a dead-end phone, I would not have signed up for it.
I spoke to a couple of reps from AT&T, they have no solutions for us currently. I hope I can use this forum to gather some strength in this and maybe with the help of The Verge, AT&T would waive the early termination fee for all current owners of Lumia 900 if they want to terminate the contract.
