WP *sales* numbers aren't looking good

It looks like WP is not selling very well the past 12 weeks, despite a large number of shipments (I mean who cares how many phones you are shipping if you aren't selling any of them?)
If you compare the July sales percentages to the Kantar June numbers:

It looks like Windows Phone is selling a lot fewer phones in *every* region other than Italy and Australia (where it stayed the same). This can't be good news especially with WP8 still 3+ months away.
Is this something to be concerned about? If no one is buying WP7 now, what makes you think they'll buy a WP8? AFAICT all of the WP8 major selling points (like a strong integration with Windows 8) aren't things that the average consumer cares about ... as the lack of these selling points (like Office) isn't causing the iPhone or Android to not sell a ton of phones. People care more about the availability of the popular *mobile* apps. Without them, no one cares if your *phone* can install office or integrates with your xbox in some useless way.
