Performance of 2012 MBA vs 2011 MBP
I am replacing a 13" Macbook Pro after a drop cracked the LCD and I want to get a MacBook Air instead this time around. The only resource-intensive application I run is StarCraft 2, which I am able to play on a mix of low and medium settings without lag. I don't care about playing on 'Ultra' graphics settings or anything, but I just want to be able to play on my new laptop like I do on this one. So, would a current-gen MacBook Air (13") have at least equal performance to an older MacBook Pro (pretty sure it was just the base model)?
