Safari 6 (Mountain Lion) laggy scrolling?
First off, this isn't a "OMG IT'S BROKE, FIX IT" post... I don't think this is a huge problem, I'm just curious.
I've been seeing people reporting that The Verge scrolls "butter smooth" for them on Safari 6. I have a new 13" MBP (2.9 GHz i7 w/ 8 GB RAM) and though this site is slightly more responsive than it was on my last computer, it's nowhere near this elusive "butter smooth" level that I've been reading about, especially on the front page. Are there any settings at the OS or browser level that I need to change? Again, this isn't a big deal, but the best tech site around would be even better at 60 FPS!
