Desktop IE10 in WinRT..

Just checked this video and found something amazing today:

Full fledged IE10 in WinRT? What's more is I could even hear that, it is possible to install missing plugin's like Flash etc onto it.

This brings few questions to my mind:

1. Is Flash enabled now on WinRT?

2. He mentioned it is WYSWYG desktop. Does this mean the desktop cannot save individual documents like .doc on desktop?

3. When an extremely complex software like IE10 can be ported so well into desktop mode of WinRT why are normal legacy applications being neglected?

Is it just a strategy of Microsoft to get more and more Metro app's, by making sure no legacy app's run for WinRT? If they think so, I am afraid, they are wrong!
