Apple destroyed Samsung for copying. Should they get a pass for doing the very same thing?

Are they any different than Samsung?

After todays news we learned that they...

Copied the look and feel of the Lumia phones. (iPod nano)

Copied the Meego iconography. (iPod nano)

Copied a bunch of Jelly Bean features. (iOS 6)

Copied several HTC Sense 4.0 functions. (new camera app)

Copied the Zune interface. (iTunes 11)

Not trying to start a flame war, but let's be honest for a minute.

They can't call out Samsung for copying, and then base literally every single new gadget/function on a stolen idea.

Anyone feels the same?
