Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Vs. Asus transformer pad infinity 700. Please help.

I need some advice. I am looking to get a new tablet and I can't choose between the two of them.

I have decided to get myself a new Samsung Galaxy Note2 when they are avaiable and I am wondering if I need

another S-pen device? Will the note2 complement the 10.1? or is it Spen overload?

From what I have read the ATFPI700 is a slightly better tablet overall than the Tab2 but im a big samsung fan.

I'm stuck!
