What does ship by 21st Mean?
Does shipping on the 21st mean that it leaves the warehouse on the 21st? Or does it mean that it arrives on your doorstep on the 21st? I have to decide between picking it up at the store on the 21st or waiting for it to arrive at home. I'll be out of town after 21st, so I can't wait for it.
