Wireless charging.
Someone explain to me the benefit of wireless charging. As far as I can tell the only difference is that the power cable goes on to a pad instead of straight into the phone, and you save ~0.5 seconds of not having to unplug the phone before you take it with you. The downside is you can't pick up and use the phone without stopping the charge. Why is this a big deal? How is "place phone on a pad" better than "plug phone in"? I had a Pre years ago and even then I didn't get a Touchstone because it just seems like a useless gimmick.
