Improved time input on WP Calendar

Hello everyone,
I often put events into my calendar on my Windows Phone. It is relatively easy, with the exception of the time input. I like how you need to scroll through the numbers, but I wish there was an easier way to jump to 15, 30, & 45 when you select the minutes. Now you have to scroll all the way through 1-30, but I came up with this idea:
Basically, it is the same thing as we have now with the added feature that you can slide the minutes left and right to quickly jump to 15, 30, & 45. When you jump to a number, then the numbers above and below change too.
