So Apple won a patent case against Motorola on bounce back in Germany.

So Moto has to pay damages and will get a product injunction.

But that's not all. Moto has to destroy the stock of all the infringing devices it hasn't sold.

And then it has to recall all the ones it already did sell.

In 5 years, the cops will probably be busting down doors demanding infringing devices.
