Microsoft spends 1/4 Billion giving employees latest Windows wares

All 90,000 full-time Microsoft employees get a Surface RT tablet, WP8 phone and Windows 8 PC of their choosing. That's a perty sweet bonus.

$250,000,000 estimate was calculated using the following values:

  • Surface RT - $300
  • Windows Phone 8 - $300 for the device, $1200 for the two year contract
  • Windows 8 PC - $1000
These are probably pretty low estimates
