After listening and reading articles on tech people laughing at MSFT and Nokia / Samsung doing announcement before fruit company.
Is 1st to announce of features important from legal perspective?
In recent Samsung vs Apple cases, lawyers brought out the notion of prior-art ... etc.
MSFT is quite a discipline business company now. If it is not required, I doubt they will do it.
