RAZR i and the Future of Intel Phones
Whether it's tablets, phones, desktops, laptops, hybrids, etc., all Microsoft based devices will now be running the same Windows 8 core. Which means they are all capable of Metro, live tiles, a desktop, networking, running office, etc. It's all a mater of the interface Microsoft decides to put on top.
Two things are inevitable:
- Smaller, faster, and more efficient chips.
- Convergence
Will we one day see "Windows" based phones becoming the only "personal computer" that we need?
Also what surprises does Microsoft have in store for the Windows Phone 8 unveil in October? It sure is curious that we haven't seen "multitasking" in any Windows Phone 8 demo isn't it?....
