Microsoft wins Ban against Motorola(Google) in Germany

Now this is turning into not a good year for Google(Android basically). With MS winning a patent suit against Google that pretty much makes it damn near impossible to work around. Also with the other wins MS has relating to syncing what does this mean for Motorola(Google) and their lawsuit on the 360? What does this mean for Google themselves will they be paying MS also for their own OS? Talk about being bitch slapped with your own hand. This is the third major loss for Moto against MS this year. These losses are related to pertinent file systems within Android that are when really combined pretty much no way around them.
