iPhone 5 Noooo - Apple messed up an AT&T helped. What is going on?
Has this happened to anyone else?
I was so pumped when my iP5 showed up on my door on Friday. The only problem is after hours of time wasted with Apple blaming AT&T and AT&T blaming Apple and so forth. I finally got an answer that really disappointed me. Turns out Apple sent me another persons phone. Now Apple tells me my only option is to wait for a return box, send my phone back and wait for a replacement.
It is hard to complain figuring Apple is shipping millions of these puppies successfully to fans across the world, it's just unfortunate that I was one of the minorities that was left teased with an iBrick5.
Does anyone have any suggestions for an alternate solution or just suck it up and wait?
I really want to thank my local AT&T branch for helping get to the bottom of the problem. I can't say I am a huge fan of the Company but the employee's at my local store (Sisk rd. in Modesto) were a great help.
