Best 7" Android Tablet with 3G and a GOOD Dual Sim Android Phone (Suggestions please)

Hi people, i need some help, i want to give my mother a new 7" tablet, normaly the first choice would be the Nexus7, but i hate that it doesn´t have a micro sd slot and no 3g, so i´m thinking i will have to try something else, what tablet is out there that is not way more expensive than the nexus that i could get for her, and also i´m looking for a dual-sim android phone with a display that is 3.7-4.0 inches for my father, do any of you know of a reliable device that would be easy to get in europe? Dual Sim is important where my parents live, almost everybody carries 2 phone and i want him to only have to have one, also he wants a smartphone, i know there are a couple from samsung, both devices have to small screens to be taken in consideration, and they also do dual-sim not as expected, you have to go to the status bar and pick a simcard to make a call with it, it´s a bit dumm, i would like one device that has to call buttons in the dialer.
