iPhone 5 Red Light?
My iPhone 5 shows a visible red light at the proximity sensor when the phone is being used in the dark. I contacted Apple, and they said this is not normal, but since I ordered it from Sprint, I was told I need to exchange it with Sprint. I contacted Sprint, they had me talk to their tech support. Their tech guy said this is normal and how the phone should be. I was wondering if other iPhone 5's do this as well? I have never seen any phone do this in the dark and it's really distracting.
The intensity is hard to show using a camera that doesn't work well in low light conditions, but it's there and it's visible to the naked eye without trying to look for it in no/low ambient light conditions.
Can anyone with an iPhone 5 try it out in the dark and comment on this?
