Does anyone else get a black box instead of the Ooyala player in Chrome?

I've never been able to watch any of the video on The Verge in Chrome because all I get is black box. Right-clicking gets me the standard flash options.

I can't see Ooyala video on other sites either, and there doesn't seem to be any kind of support on the main Ooyala page, which is most just info for developers, not users.

I don't have adblock enabled for either theverge.com or player.ooyala.com, or ooyala.com.

Any suggestions?
