Could Microsoft give a subsidized WP8 price when buying a Win8 PC?

Just a wild thought, but some points to consider?

1. Can Microsoft and their phone partners afford to this?
2. How much of a discount would you expect off the phone?
3. What should be the minimum PC price to qualify for the deal?
4. How much of an effect would it have on the Windows Phone market share?
