Metro apps and Claustrophobia
This is about Metro apps on desktops. I have a 27" monitor, using Metro apps for a long period of time actually makes me feel uncomfortable and slightly anxious. This happened to me when I waited for Windows updates to download in the PC settings. I felt trapped and limited even though I could just press the windows key or mouse over to the left corners to change back to the desktop. It felt like I was put in a cardboard box with the top open, I could see the sky, but I can't get out.
Anyone else feel this way? Or is it just my own irrational fears? Metrophobia perhaps.
