Galaxy Nexus (GSM) Price-Drop?

With Google's next Nexus device rumored for an October launch, I've been wanting to buy a Galaxy Nexus unlocked. The current price of $350 is far too rich for my blood, with it being a secondary phone, but I'm wondering how much the current Galaxy Nexus will fall in price about that time. Historically, has their past generation devices lost much value on launch? I'm aiming to spend somewhere between $100-$200 -- used is fine. It'll probably be on eBay since I'm on AT&T and the only Craigslist listings in my area are phones on Verizon (CDMA).

I'm thinking, by Christmas, if I can get it for $150 then it'd be a steal and a big upgrade from a Samsung Captivate. Also, is Google known for promotions for their Play Store hardware around the holidays?
