Fake Microsoft Surface being sold

Some one selling these fake MS Surface devices showing Metro in the add, although they run Android 4.1

I say; Got what you deserve Microsoft. What did they expect, showing off a product 6 months before they can actually launch. This isn't 1980 anymore, smaller companies can achieve this way faster and copy cats are a bigger threat.

They should have taken a cue from Apple and present 7-10days before launch. Or even like what they did with the xbox slim, announce and release the next day.
