Dropping the "fallacy bomb"

Is calling people out incorrectly on supposed "fallacies" the new Godwin? I've noticed more and more people on the internet pretending to be great debaters by "breaking down" other comments piece by piece attempting to list every logical error they think exists in some internet comment. Does anyone else find this form of internet discussion incredibly tedious?
