Lumia 920 Colors?

So, we've seen that the Lumia 920 will come in red, yellow, white, and black. At the very least, Nokia's website says as much.

We seem to be missing two colors that were on display at the show, then: orange and grey. It goes without saying that cyan was expected too, but a cyan model wasn't present at the show. My question is, then: what the hell happened to orange and grey? Why aren't they on the site? Some sites, like Engagdet, even demoed those models!

Besides that, what colors would you like to see? I'd actually prefer a pale green.
