I'd like to get a 9+ inch Full HD tablet. Suggestions? (x-post from Tablet Talk)

Posting here because at this point, there's really only Android tablet that can fit my need.
I'd probably be happy with buying an iPad (3) if it wasn't a 4:3 device and there wasn't restrictions on App Store apps accessing the hardware decoder, but that isn't the case so I look to Android Army for help.
My current tablet is a HP TouchPad, primarily running CM9 and while it's been fantastic, the below HD screen and 4:3 aspect ratio is less than ideal for watching videos. So I'm looking for a Full HD Android tablet that can take its place.
Any advice will be appreciated. :)
