Why is Surface not Advertized on Outlook.com?

I went to logon to Outlook.com this morning and i got a screen that shows a generic computer. Why would microsoft not have a picture of the Surface and a link to find out more. Over 300 million people use Hotmail, live mail, or outlook.com mail and it would be a great way to generate interest in the new hardware products they are launching this fall. Oh well....another missed opportunity.
