why cant i develop for win8 ?!
hello there
i hope i am doing something wrong...
i am not a part of a company or big shot developer, i am just an indiviual who wants to enrol in windows developer program to be able to use VS2012 and develop some apps for the upcoming winsow8 store...
apparently i cant because i need a registration code that is only available for registered company...
that's really strange to block indivitials while your goal is to have a big store at launch...
i can understand the not being able to publish, but not even to develop using VS ?!
i am doing something wrong or is it really the policy ?
