Metro-insipired presentations guidelines
Recently, I've been looking to make my presentations much in the manner of Microsoft. They're simplistic, concise, and actually attractive despite the lack of so much visual styling.
Yet, what are the guidelines that constitute this design?
I can only come up with the following
- Font: Segoe UI and Segoe UI Light
- Listing: List the main ideas, and then develop them in their own slice (whilst adhering to simplicity - meaning only referring to keywords and statistics, without utilizing sentences or paragraphs.
- Color: I've noticed they use one color in the background (lack of gradients) and almost always white font.
