As my family's resident tech expert I spent the entirety of my aunt's Christmas party fielding annoying questions from old people about their stuff, culminating in spending 2 hours updating one of these lovely Dells

to iTunes 11 so I could then update my Aunt's iPad 2 from iOS 4 (yes, iOS 4) to iOS 6.

is such a radical change that my Aunt seemingly forgot how to use the damn thing so another hour was spent on a tutorial.
