Should Microsoft Studio go shopping for some THQ IPs?

With the new Xbox and Xbox8 (720) inevitable launch in 2013 or 2014 .... Should MSFT go shopping for some THQ IPs?

Personally I think exclusive sequel might not be useful for Microsoft Studio. What do you think?
