Why not a Windows 8 Pro phone?
With hardware like this:

This one runs Android, but I could see hardware like this running Win 8 Pro.
Isn't something like that really just a "GSM driver + dialer app" away from being a viable platform for a Win 8 phone?
I could satisfy my dream of running Master of Magic on a phone. :P
