Imagine: Samsung Galaxy Note II running Windows RT
How awesome would that be to have that phone running a modified version of RT, desktop excluded, with access to windows 8 apps and windows phone apps? I don't see why it can't be done. Windows RT is an amazing mobile software, it makes only sense to bring it down to phones where it can shine.
