Editable Comments update

Hey guys,

As you've probably already deduced, we've temporarily disabled editable comments. We have a bit of back end manicuring we need to tackle before they're readily available on a more permanent basis. We're aiming to get that knocked out as quickly as possible but there's no firm ETA at this time. Thanks as always for your understanding and support of The Verge. In exchange for your patience, here's an adorable GIF to watch on endless loop until we get them back:

UPDATE: As some of you have already noticed, editable comments are back. We'll continue to monitor things to make sure they're working as intended.
