Can't turn off email notification on Verizon GSIII
A friend got a GSIII on verizon recently and has problem where no matter what she does with sound, volume, or notification settings she gets a voice prompt every time she gets an email. It's literally a voice saying "you have a new message." or something like that. she only wants it to vibrate on new emails. and as far as I can tell that's what her settings are. She only got the phone recently, I could see no app she installed that would do this. I didn't have much time to play with it though.
I'm guessing it's something from verizon or touchwiz. Does anybody have any idea what is going on with her phone.
