Does The Verge use Nilay as their lawyer?
Most blogs - technology, or otherwise - have an on hand lawyer to look over legal things e.g. new TOS, company acquisition stuff etc. Does The Verge use Nilay (as he has a law degree, which is pretty rare among technology journalists), or do they hire someone else?
