The 'Z' key
Hitting the 'Z' key now adds the new comment's permalink in the browsers history. Earlier, it was using Javascript (I think) and hitting 'Z' a bunch of times didn't fill up your history with a bunch of anchor tags. Now you have to press the backspace key a bunch of times to go back to the main page. Not a huge issue, but it's annoying.
