Cook: "I see cannibalization as a huge opportunity for us. Our philosophy is to never fear cannibalization, if we don't do it someone else will. The iPhone cannibalized the iPod. On the iPad we have the mother of all opportunities here — the Windows market is much much larger than the Mac market.
I've said for years now that the tablet market will be much bigger than the PC market, and I still believe that.
