2013 Android decisions.
I live in India, so I buy everything unlocked and don't have carrier contracts to worry about. I have a GS3 and iPad 3 ( yeah yeah I know, I want to replace it too) and I'm wondering what to do: Get a new phone and tab in Q1 after MWC, or wait till later in the year after I/O. I've got my eye on the Xperia ZL, and perhaps the Xperia Tablet Z. Worth waiting for something else??
