A solution for Multitasking and Notification Center!
At first sorry for my bad english! :D
Apple tries to equalize iOS and OSX more and more! So why not just use Mission Control from OSX as Multitasking in iOS. I tried to photoshop it:

The Notification center is the second big thing. When you add a music player,maybe quick settings and widgets from other apps, it would improve the "work flow" enormously. You don´t have to leave an app for small things. You should could use it in OSX too!! :
