Apple just quietly pulled Vine from Editors Choice

No more than a day after Josh Topolsky posted an article about Apple's porn problem - highlighting Twitter's latest foray into visual media, Vine, as a headline example - has Apple quietly pulled Vine from its Editors Choice section.

Is this based on the controversy that's been slowly building over the easily accessible porn on Vine? Or is this part of a larger conversation about Apple's selective control over its app ecosystem and apparent favourable treatment of companies whom it has deals with? Hell, maybe it's just because I can't even open Vine on my iOS 6.1 loaded iPhone 5 without it crashing.

In any case; It'll be interesting to see how this plays out, following Apple having pulled 500px under similar circumstances, especially with Vine still being available on the App Store.

What do you think?
