Recommend Windows 8 tablet

Please recommend a Windows 8/Pro tablet for my friend
Main requirements: Full Windows 8/Pro, digitizer pen and Full HD screen,
Intel Atom Clovertail is fine.
Surface Pro ruled out as it will not be made available in India in the first batch.
