Ativ Tab Review (Snapdragon -based Windows RT tablet)
Anandtech just posted their review of the Ativ Tab, which is the first Snapdragon S4-based Windows RT tablet.
As expected, it pretty much blows away the Surface RT in terms of performance and battery. It's slower than the Atom / Clover Trail tablets, but is also more stable and uses less power than those. Anand mentions that he'll be repeating his experiments of a couple weeks ago on the S4, but it appears pretty obvious from reading the review and looking at the battery life numbers that a modern ARM chipset is still more efficient than Atom.
