Samsung Galaxy Note 2, Nexus 4 or Wait?

So I am looking to purchase my first Android phone. The Note 2 has a great battery life, but it has touchwiz (and its massive), while the Nexus 4 runs stock android, but has some battery issues and a lack of LTE. Or should I just wait for the GS4 or Note 3? I'm tempted to get the Note 2, but i think that I will regret my decision if the Note 3 is released in less than a month. Any ideas?
