Office 2013 Free Upgrade Offer ERROR
If you are like me and have bought Office 2010 recently, you received an email from Microsoft that you will be able to upgrade to the next office for free.

Problem is, thousands of people who have tried to redeem the offer received an error message.

Anybody managed to upgrade for free without issues? Please tell us how you did it. I hope Microsoft keeps its promise. I was really looking forward to the new Office.
