Office 2013: Just what on earth has the Office team been doing?

Peter Bright from Ars thinks Office 2013 looks just like a service pack version, and it doesn't deserve the name "Office 2013" or to be a major version release. He says Office 2013 is just not built for touch, even though it comes with a touch-enabled tablet like Surface, and that Microsoft failed to revolutionize Office when it needed to do it most:
